Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped using our partner service of ShipRocket with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The delivery timeline for the product to reach you varies from 3-9 days.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Return of product is allowed with exchange with a product of same value or for a size within 7 days from the time of delivery of the product. The return shipment cost has to be borne by the customer and email needs to be sent to us with the tracking details of the package. Once received we will ship the replacement product within 1-2 days.
