Because of the nature of the Internet and our desire to provide you with an enjoyable and helpful visit, it is important to advise you of the rules that apply to your use of our site and ask that you read them carefully. This document (these "Terms and Conditions") is a legally binding agreement between you (including the organization that you represent, if any) and the Company. When you visit or shop at this website you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Internet technologies, and the laws related to them, change frequently, and accordingly, the company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of this website constitutes your acceptance of such modified Terms and Conditions. Whenever you visit this website you should review the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions, do not use the website.
Return and Refunds Policy
- Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Eligibility of returns is clearly mentioned on the product page before you proceed to place your order. Please do ensure that you are aware of the returns eligibility before your place the order.
- In a highly unlikely event that the product you received is damaged, please email us at admin@thestreestore.com the photo of the product along with the Order Number within 48 hours of receiving the same.
- Shipping Fees are never refundable.
- Once you express to return a product through email at admin@thestreestore.com, the Stree team must receive and approve the request, post which we will have to post the product back to us.
- In the case of refund to original credit / debit card or bank account, we will refund the full amount paid after deducting a nominal return shipping and restocking fee of Rs. 200. The same will be done within 7 days of we receiving the product back.
- The returns are subject to Stree team’s discretion. We see this happening rare so don't be scared of the wording, we are quite easy-going.
- Fabric Lengths and customized/altered items are not eligible for any return or exchange.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is only possible before the order gets shipped, if the order has been shipped then please wait for the same to be delivered before raising a return/refund request.
- In case the order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at admin@thestreestore.com, the Stree team will evaluate this and honor the request. Please note that in case of cancellation, we will refund the full amount after deducting a minimal charge of Rs. 100.
